This notice explains how NetLift Studio handles information submitted through this website.

What you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, business name and a description of your project. You can also choose to share your website, services of interest, budget or timing. Please don’t submit passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to reply, understand your project and discuss a possible engagement. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How your enquiry reaches us

When you submit the enquiry form, Web3Forms processes the details you enter and sends them to our iCloud Mail inbox. Web3Forms is configured to delete its stored submissions after 7 days. Copies delivered to our email inbox are kept as described below. These providers may process information outside Canada. See Web3Forms’ privacy policy for its processing practices. You may email creative@netliftstudio.ca instead of using the form.

Technical information

Our hosting, form and email providers may process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools. The booking demonstration is fictional and does not create appointments or save booking information.

Keeping and managing information

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to discuss or manage your project and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, a correction or deletion, contact creative@netliftstudio.ca. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
